• Follow-up sessions — $120 to $180 depending on length

Before we start, it's worth calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking:

• Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible, and how much of it have I met?
• What percentage of the allowed amount is reimbursed once I meet my deductible?
• Do I need pre-authorization for CPT codes 90791 (intake) and 90834 (follow-up)?
